UPDATE: THE RUNNER HAS BEEN IDENTIFIED – THANK YOU
I received this email recently, and so far have been unsuccessful in identifying the runner on my own.
I am hoping someone out there can help. If you believe that you know who this is, please email me at derek@marathoninvestigation.com.
DO NOT REPLY WITH THE RUNNER’S IDENTITY IN THE COMMENTS.
I will provide an update if anyone is able to successfully identify the runner, and help the woman described in the below email reach out to her.
I realize that the woman requesting the information has her name blanked out. But it would be more effective if she would supply her race number and (roughly) the mile number that this picture was taken. That makes it easier to know where (and when) the unknown woman is so she's easier to find.
It's not like asking about someone else's name is shameful or anything, so I don't know why she doesn't want her name known.
The woman in the photo has been identified. Also, I removed the names myself. A friend of the woman asked for assistance, so I did not know if the woman would want her information out there. Thanks
